Gymnastics

 Our gymnastics class is designed with preschoolers in mind, starting with fun, age-appropriate warm-ups and stretches. Kids will explore basic gymnastics skills like tumbling, balance beam, uneven bars, vault, and more, all through engaging obstacle courses that match their developmental stage. 

They'll learn foundational positions such as tuck, pike, and straddle, while improving their coordination, motor skills, and focus. As the session progresses, children will be introduced to skills like handstands, cartwheels, and rolls—all while building listening skills and confidence. Plus, each week, your child will bring home exciting materials related to that week’s theme! At the end of the semester, you’ll receive a progress report to celebrate your child's growth.
